We make homemade noodles by hand-made buckwheat, which is a native species cultivated in various parts of the Japanese archipelago. The planting is very slight, and among the rare domestic buckwheat, it is characterized by its uniqueness and small size, but with an excellent flavor and aroma. Please try the old-fashioned buckwheat that is rooted in various places.
